- No physical delivery: All purchases are delivered digitally. No physical goods will ship.
2. Refund & Guarantee Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. If you purchase the Prompt Pack and find it is not useful, email us at ops@portfoliocareerschool.com within 14 days of your purchase date to request a full refund.
3. AI Disclaimer & Liability Waiver
Our prompts are designed to be run in third-party Large Language Models (such as OpenAI's ChatGPT or Anthropic's Claude). We do not own, operate, or guarantee the service levels, responses, or performance of these third-party platforms.
- AI Output: The responses generated by AI models are based on user inputs and machine learning algorithms. We are not responsible for any inaccurate, offensive, biased, or inappropriate outputs produced by the AI.
- Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Polymath Performance LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the prompts, the AI responses, or any actions you take based on the career maps generated.
